        1. Acceptance of Terms and Service

        The following terms of use ("Terms of Use") are the terms of a legal agreement between you, on the one hand, and Mobizill (hereinafter referred to as "Mobizill"), on the other hand. By accessing, browsing and/or Mobizill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The terms of service apply to all users of Mobizill.com, whether member or visitor.

                       These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on this website. Where the changes are material, we may also choose to email all our registered users with the new details and it is within our sole discretion whether or not we choose to do so. The date of the most recent revisions will also appear on this page. Please do not use or access Mobizill.com, if you do not agree with any of these Terms of Service. Terminate your registration with Mobizill.com, if you do not agree to any changes we make in the future.

        2. Access to Mobizill.com

        You are solely responsible to arrange and to pay for any service fees associated with your ability to access Mobizill.com as well as any other equipment necessary to connect to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment, software and use do not disturb or interfere with our operation of the Service. In the sole discretion of Mobizill.com, any equipment, software or other usage that may cause any interference with the Service, shall result in immediate disconnection from the Service.

        3. Eligibility, Membership & Termination

        In order to use Mobizill.com as a member or a visitor you must affirm the following:

        (i)    you are able to understand, accept and abide by these Terms of Service
        (ii) all registration information you provide will be accurate and truthful and you agree to update this information in a timely fashion
        (iii)  you are at least 18 years of age or older
        (iv)  if you are not yet at least 18 years of age you are an emancipated minor or have consent of your parent or legal guardian

                       If you are below 18 years of age, unfortunately you cannot use Mobizill.com. Please speak to your parents or guardian about another service that may be appropriate for you.

        4. Your account information

        You are entirely responsible for mainting security and confientiality of information and password that you provide at the time of registration. Any information provided by you or gathered by Mobizill or third parties during any use of Mobizill shall be subject to the Mobizill Privacy Policy.

        5. Membership Termination

        Mobizill.com reserves the rights to suspend or terminate the membership and its related content if any user/member is found to violate the terms and services. Users with suspended or terminated accounts are prohibited from creating new accounts on Mobizill.com.

        6. User's Conduct

        You alone are responsible for your conduct on Mobizill.com and for all the content you provide. Mobizill.com does not endorse any Submissions (Text, audio, video, images, games) that may appear on or through the Service and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to their accuracy and reliability. Mobizill.com expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with any and all such Submissions.

        7. Responsibility while posting information

        If you are 18 years or older, or are an emancipated minor, you alone are responsible for your physical and financial safety when you post information about yourself on Mobizill.com, communicate with other members of the Mobizill.com community or otherwise access services provided by Mobizill.com.

                       If you are under 18 years old and not an emancipated minor, both you and your parents or legal guardian are responsible for your physical and financial safety when you post information about yourself on Mobizill.com, communicate with other members of the Mobizill community, or otherwise access services provided by Mobizill.com.

        8. Member Disputes

        You are entirely reponsible for your interactions with other Mobizill members. Mobizill reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members, and to take any action that Mobizill, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate including but not limited to terminating the member account of any or all parties to the dispute.

        9. Your ownership rights

        When you provide Submissions to Mobizill.com, you still retain all of your rights of ownership in your Submissions. However, by uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting your Submissions, you grant Mobizill (and its successors) a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You can also permit any subscriber to access, display, view, store and reproduce such content for personal use, as permitted by the Service and under these Terms of Service.

                        Other than Submissions you provide to Mobizill, all content, software, scripts, images, graphics, audio, video and other materials in any form (collectively, "Mobizill Content") are protected by copyrights, trade or service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and are owned by or licensed to Mobizill. If you download, print or display any Mobizill Content for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

        10. Content Submissions & policies

        When you provide any Submissions to Mobizill, you understand and accept complete responsibility for your Submissions, including any and all consequences that may arise. As such, you represent and warrant that you:

        a. Own or have secured all necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions for such Submissions and authorize Mobizill to make use of these Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms of Service;

        b. Have explicit permission, such as a signed, written consent and/or release of every person that may appear within the Submissions for Mobizill to use the Submissions, including the names and likeness of those persons, in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms of Service.

        11. Prohibited content submissions

        Mobizill.com strictly prohibits pornographic videos, sexually explicit images, copyrighted games, copyrighted text, copyrighted videos, copyrighted audio, obscene, vulgar and offensive text/graphic material, Corrupted / Virus files, and the video media or files that are too big to accept. Mobizill do not support illegal activities like hacking or cracking the content.

        12. Links to the third parties

        The Sites may contain links to third party web sites ("Linked Sites"), which may damage your computer system. These Linked Sites are not under the control of Mobizill and Mobizill is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Sites, including without limitation, any links contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Mobizill is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site, nor is Mobizill responsible if the Linked Site is not working appropriately.

                       Mobizill.com is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Mobizill .com of the Linked Site or any association with its operators.

        13. Violation of rights & terms of service

        Provided proper notification, Mobill will remove Submissions that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another and reserves the right to remove Submissions without prior notice. Mobill assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Service. At its sole discretion, Mobill may remove any Submission and/or terminate a member's account for violating any of these Terms of Service at any time and without notice.

                       Mobill will terminate a member's account who is determined to have been notified of infringing activity multiple times and/or has had a Submission removed from the Service multiple times for infringing activity. Mobill reserves the right, but not the obligation, to take any appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service or violation of the Terms of Service.

        14. Paying for subscription

        You must use a credit card to pay for your mobile games or subscriptions via internet. When you provide credit card information to Mobizill, you represent that you are the authorized user of the credit card that is used to pay the subscription or other fees.

        15. Copyright infringement, Claim

        Mobizill.com and/or other products, except user submitted content, referenced herein are either trademarks or registered trademarks (TM) of mobizill.com. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
